Three Cheers For The Red White and Blue...Rah! Rah! Rah!

One of my favorite things about living in Blanding is being near family. Check out our three little patriotic first graders! They did a great job in the Patriotic Program a few weeks ago. I think it's too fun that we have three Glovers in the first grade. I had a little bit of trouble with red-eye, but they're still the cutest first graders around.

  1. I love that photo of L'il W. I got to step out of my classroom for about 20 minutes to catch some of this program, it was soooo good. I thought they did a spectacular job. My family only has one first grader, but Brinley's amazing all by herself. Fun. Worthy ate ALL his mac and cheese at lunch last week, he made a point of pointing this out to me...tell him I am still so excited about that.

  2. Thanks for posting the pictures. And thanks for going to the program! I totally spaced it, and when I realized I missed it I told Thomas I was sorry. He said, "That's okay Worthy's Mom and Rachael's Mom were there." So thanks for representing me even though you didn't know you were!

  3. Great pics! I was just thinking I had forgotten to post about the first grade patriotic program. Now I can just refer everyone to your blog. (kidding) And I was there when Worthy ate all of his lunch, because he sat with Rachel and I. When I said maybe we should tell them to make Mac and Cheese every day, he didn't think that was such a good idea. But he obviously likes it.

  4. It is special that they are all in first grade together, and their bonds of friendship are sweet to see. Have the teachers learned to keep them separated to try to prevent further disappearing acts?

  6. How lucky you are. We really enjoyed the years we lived next to Daryl, I miss that. Now, we love playing auntie role and taking Laura's girls for sleepovers.
